Paid orders will be processed within 72 hrs. (business days does not include weekends) Upon shipment, an email notification containing tracking information will be sent.

Shipping Rates are based per order depending on the total weight and destination.
Credit and Debit Card orders are shipped within 1-3 days after your order is accepted.
Check orders are shipped as soon as funds are received. Orders received between Friday 3 P.M. EST to Sunday Midnight will be processed on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
All orders are subject to product availability and are generally shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground, unless agreed otherwise. Tracking information is provided. Transit times are generally 2-3 days, but can be as long as 10 days.
All orders are sent through USPS. The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.
Our listed shipping rates are for service to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States), Alaska and Hawaii. Some shipping restrictions may apply when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, depending on the product(s) being purchased.
International shipping is not available.

Majestic Ray's INC shall not be liable for any failure in performance arising from strikes or other labor difficulties, labor shortage, fire, flood, war, breakdowns or failure of the plant machinery or equipment, delays in or lack of transportation, Government priorities or allocations, delays of suppliers or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Majestic Ray's INC. In no event shall Majestic Ray's INC be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages.
