Fruit Gels should be stored at the very back of the fridge This is the coldest place and can extend your gel’s shelf life. Exposure to unnecessary air can cause the sea moss to deteriorate quickly and even grow mold and bacterial growth.

We recommend not touching the gel constantly, to prevent the introduction of extra germs or dirt which can cause the gel to deteriorate faster.

Sea Moss should also be avoided by those with allergies to iodine or any trace minerals.
