Gels are made fresh per order and good for 3 months.

Gel should be stored in airtight containers to ensure it will last longer than a couple of days. Exposure to unnecessary air can cause the sea moss to deteriorate quickly and even grow mold and bacteria growth.

Storing containers in the freezer can almost triple the gel’s shelf life, preserving it for up to three months.

If you choose to refrigerate your sea moss gel rather than freezing it, store the gel at the very back of the fridge.  This is the coldest place and can extend your gel’s life for at least one month.

We recommend not touching the gel constantly, to prevent the introduction of extra germs or dirt which can cause the gel to deteriorate faster than it would if left untouched.

We recommend consulting a health care provider if pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of three, diagnosed with any pre-existing health conditions and/or taking any other supplements/prescription medication.

Sea Moss should also be avoided by those with allergies to iodine or any trace minerals.
